Francesca Lombardi organizza eventi dal 2001, quando inizia con le manifestazioni sportive e musicali; nel 2003, un po' per gioco e un po' per passione, frequenta un corso a Pittsburgh (USA) di Wedding Planning, con Richard Merkel, famoso WP statunitense. Tornata in Italia, nel 2004, inaugura Wedding Style & Design, 'importando' una professione a dir poco sconosciuta nel nostro Paese.

 

Tra il 2006 e il 2009 viene creato un nuovo marchio di collaborazione, We organize, contemporaneamente al proseguimento dell’agenzia vera e propria.

Dal 2012 lavora nuovamente con le maggiori agenzie musicali, nel ruolo del tour manager, in Italia ed in Europa, in parallelo al mondo del wedding.
